Who we are

Julie is a highly motivated, organised and creative consultant, with extensive experience in service development, training and development and communications support.

She has supported a wide range of health and social care organisations to develop their services through stakeholder engagement, diagnostic reviews, strategy development and project management. An experienced trainer, Julie specialises in areas including equality and diversity, team building, project management, business planning and facilitation. Having worked in communications for many years, Julie also provides support in consultation planning and management, and development of communications materials.

Before setting up her own company, Julie was a Fellow at the Office for Public Management (OPM), and held posts as Assistant Director of Public Health and Assistant Director of Corporate and Public Affairs within the NHS.

Julie is passionately committed to equality and diversity, and improving access to and services for people often termed as ‘hard-to-reach’ and ‘disadvantaged’.

Julie works with a small number of colleagues, each of whom is expert in their field.
