- Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust: Running a series of focus groups for staff to understand their experience of working for the Trust in a safe and confidential way and to develop an outline action plan for improving staff morale in the future.
- Johnstone's: Developing a three year business plan to support the development of a small co-operative providing work opportunities for people with learning disabilities.
- London Borough of Hounslow: Managing work to prepare for the re-commissioning of Tier 3 and 4 drug and alcohol services.
- Croydon DAAT: Reviewing current arrangements to support the development of shared care services for drug users in the future.
Training and development
- NHS Management Trainee Scheme: Running training for NHS management trainees on Building Relationships.
- Camden PCT: Running a series of awaydays including training and development in business planning and team building.
- North West London Strategic Health Authority: Running a series of training days for training and development leads across the NHS in North West London.
- NHS Leadership Centre: Running development centres for BME senior managers and aspiring managers.
- NHS: Coaching black and minority ethnic senior managers on an NHS Breaking Though Programme.
- Healthcare Commission: Running general training on the NHS, and training for specialist groups.
- OPM: Leading OPM's development programme for women managers in the NHS.
- Voluntary Action Camden: Running mental health training for community workers working with people from black and minority ethnic groups.
- Audit Commission: Developing an e-learning tool on the NHS currently and its future development.
Communications and stakeholder engagement
- NHS in North West London: Managing the Change for the Better pre-consultation discussion programme with stakeholders to consider how NHS services might be developed in the future.
- Equalities Challenge Unit: Developing a national communications and stakeholder engagement strategy for stakeholders in higher and further education.
- Camden PCT: Running a stakeholder workshop to support the development of a new 3-year dental strategy for Camden.
- NHS South Central: Developing a patient and public engagement toolkit to support commissioners based within PCTs and practice–based commissioning groups.
Equality and diversity
- Turning Point: Reviewing Turning Point's equality and diversity practice, as a national charity providing services to vulnerable groups and as a large employer.
- Camden PCT: Managing the PCT's Access Project to understand the existing range of services which support access to health services, identify what services would ideally be available and gaps in services against the ideal template, and develop a strategy for commissioning services which support access in the future.
- Camden PCT: Developing an 'equalities self audit tool' for commissioners, service providers and corporate services to assess and improve their performance in terms of equality and diversity. (Project currently in progress).
- Disability Rights Commission: Leading a national project to support local authorities develop Disability Equality Schemes in response to disability legislation.
